Teman Peduli tidak mendapatkan cukup istirahat saat berada dalam kondisi WFH ini. Padahal saat bekerja dari kantor, Teman Peduli bisa melakukan banyak hal selain bekerja, seperti melakukan perjalanan pulang pergi, mengobrol saat istirahat, melakukan pertemuan tatap muka, hingga istirahat makan siang dengan rekan kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Meski kerja WFH, donasi bantu sesama harus tetap jalan, <a href=\"https:\/\/wecare.id\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">yuk donasi online<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketika menjalani WFH, semua hal mulai dari kolaborasi hingga sosialisasi terjadi di ruang virtual. Tetapi terlalu banyak <em>screen-time<\/em> dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya kelelahan fisik dan psikologis, serta ketegangan mata dan kelelahan otot. Tapi perlahan, tubuh dan pikiran akan merasakan kelelahan yang tidak dapat ditolerir lagi. Jangan selalu menggunakan panggilan video<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat ini banyak sekali perangkat lunak dan aplikasi yang bisa mendukung komunikasi saat sedang WFH. Karena itu, interaksi menggunakan panggilan video menjadi jauh lebih mudah. Namun apakah panggilan video ini benar-benar diperlukan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengkomunikasikan pekerjaan dengan rekan kerja saat WFH dapat juga dilakukan hanya melalui panggilan suara. Dengan begitu, komunikasi akan berjalan dengan lebih efisien dan waktu <em>screen-time<\/em> juga akan berkurang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Batasi jadwal pertemuan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat WFH, terkadang menyelesaikan pekerjaan menjadi tantangan yang sulit, terlebih jika Teman Peduli memiliki terlalu banyak jadwal pertemuan virtual. Untuk menyiasatinya, cobalah membuat jadwal yang membuat Teman Peduli tidak akan diganggu oleh komunikasi virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sisihkan waktu di pagi atau sore hari untuk fokus hanya pada pekerjaan. Jadikan waktu tersebut sebagai waktu bebas rapat. Dengan begitu Teman Peduli bisa lebih fokus pada pekerjaan lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Pilih cara konvensional daripada bentuk digital<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Melakukan pekerjaan tidak harus selalu membuat Teman Peduli berdiam diri di depan layar. Terkadang kita harus mencari ide, referensi, atau bahkan menemukan <em>mood<\/em> yang tepat. Saat melakukannya, cobalah untuk menjauh dari layar komputer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Brainstorming<\/em> untuk artikel? Tuliskan ide-ide yang muncul di atas kertas. Membuat peta jalan untuk proyek besar? Buat sketsa draf awal di papan tulis. Membaca buku? Ambil salinan cetaknya. Berolahraga? Pergilah ke luar sambil berlari ringan. Bergeraklah sesering mungkin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bekerja di depan komputer sering kali menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan. Selain mata yang mudah kering karena jarang berkedip hingga masalah pinggang. Untuk menghindari masalah kesehatan ini saat WFH, cobalah untuk bergerak sesering mungkin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berjalan ke dapur untuk mengambil air minum atau menyeduh kopi bisa jadi salah satu cara untuk meregangkan otot kaki yang terlalu lama diam. Selain itu, meletakkan komputer di atas meja berdiri juga bisa melatih tubuh agar tidak terlalu kaku. Dengan melakukan pekerjaan sambil berdiri, Teman Peduli akan lebih leluasa untuk meregangkan otot-otot tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Istirahatkan diri dari teknologi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Menikmati makan siang di depan komputer mungkin terasa lebih efektif. Tapi menghindar dari depan layar komputer saat beristirahat bisa memberikan waktu bagi otak untuk beristirahat. Bukan itu saja, dengan menikmati makan siang bersama keluarga atau menikmati pemandangan di luar jendela bisa memberikan perspektif yang berbeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada banyak sekali pedagang usaha kecil, pasien, pelajar tidak mampu, dan teman-teman lainnya yang terdampak Covid-19.
