Salah satunya adalah bagaimana orang-orang bekerja. Jika dahulu sebelum ada pandemi orang bekerja di kantor, kini tiba-tiba beralih ke bekerja dari rumah alias <em>Work from Home<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak perusahaan yang khawatir dengan produktivitas para karyawannya. Namun, sebenarnya yang harus dikhawatirkan dalam situasi seperti ini adalah risiko jangka panjang, yaitu karyawan yang mengalami <em>burnout<\/em> atau kelelahan akibat <em>WFH<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menggambarkan <em>burnout<\/em> atau kelelahan sebagai &#8220;fenomena pekerjaan&#8221; atau &#8220;sindrom&#8221; yang berasal dari stres kerja yang terus-menerus yang tidak terselesaikan. Sebuah fenomena bekerja yang oleh WHO didefinisikan sebagai \u201cburnout\u201d.&nbsp; Sebelum mengetahui cara mengatasi <em>burnout<\/em>, kamu harus mengenali dulu tanda-tandanya. &nbsp;Berikut ini tanda-tanda seseorang mengalami <em>burnout<\/em> karena WFH yang dirangkum dari beberapa sumber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bekerja sepanjang waktu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bekerja di rumah berarti kamu tidak mempunyai batasan yang jelas antara kehidupan kerja dan kehidupan rumah. Kamu mungkin kesulitan menetapkan batasan untuk diri sendiri mungkin mendapati kamu terus bekerja sepanjang waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bekerja sepanjang waktu bisa memengaruhi kesehatan karena kamu akan mengalami kelelahan sampai tingkat ekstrem.
