Berkat kandungan kafeinnya kita bisa tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apa itu Kafein?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kafein merupakan stimulan sistem saraf pusat dan zat psikoaktif legal yang paling umum dikonsumsi. Zat ini mempunyai beragam efek pada kebanyakan orang yang jika dikonsumsi dalam jumlah terbatas dianggap aman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agar efek kafein bisa dirasakan dibutuhkan waktu sekitar satu jam dan akan berkurang ketika perut kosong dan efek ini bisa bertahan sekitar 4-6 jam. Efek kafein yang sebenarnya akan bergantung pada sejumlah faktor, di antaranya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>genetik;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>berat badan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obat yang sedang dikonsumsi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kondisi kesehatan; dan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jumlah konsumsi reguler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meskipun kafein tidak berbahaya, sebenarnya zat ini merupakan senyawa psikoaktif yang kuat. Memang kafein mempunyai manfaat kognitif, di antaranya meningkatkan kewaspadaan, energi, dan perasaan segar, penggunaan berlebihan bisa mengakibatkan menyebabkan berbagai efek samping yang tidak menyenangkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Efek Samping <\/strong><strong>Mengkonsumsi Kafein dalam <\/strong><strong>Jangka Pendek<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Harus diakui memang ada efek samping dari kafein. Keracunan kafein termasuk efek samping yang masuk dalam <em>Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders<\/em> (DSM 5), buku panduan untuk mendiagnosis masalah kesehatan mental. Teman Peduli akan bolak-balik ke kamar mandi dan buang air kecil lebih banyak dibandingkan cairan yang dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bersemangat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Walaupun &nbsp;bersemangat sering kali merupakan pengalaman yang positif, sesudah terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi kafein, Teman Peduli bisa menjadi terlalu bersemangat bahkan untuk hal-hal sepele, yang bisa membuat Teman Peduli jadi canggung dalam situasi sosial tertentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gangguan gastrointestinal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Terdapat beragam gangguan gastrointestinal yang bisa menjadi efek samping dari terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi kafein, di antaranya sakit perut, mulas, gas, diare, sembelit, mual dan muntah. Meskipun sakit perut cukup sering terjadi sesudah meminum kopi terlalu banyak, muntah cukup jarang terjadi. Jika Teman Peduli mengalami reaksi yang disebutkan tadi, Teman Peduli harus berhenti mengkonsumsi kafein sampai mendapatkan rekomendasi dari dokter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sakit kepala<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kafein merupakan salah satu penyebab sakit kepala yang paling umum. Zat ini bisa memicu sakit kepala jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan, dan jika Teman Peduli menghentikannya secara drastis, bisa menyebabkan sakit kepala karena berhenti mengkonsumsi kafein. Namun dalam dosis yang tepat, kafein ditemukan bisa membantu meringankan nyeri migrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Insomnia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kualitas kafein yang sangat berharga adalah kemampuannya untuk membantu agar orang bisa tetap terjaga. Namun, terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi kafein bisa membuat Teman Peduli kesulitan untuk mendapatkan tidur yang cukup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian tahun 2016 yang dilakukan Z\u00fcrich University dan South Australia University menemukan bahwa mengkonsumsi kafein yang terlalu banyak sepertinya bisa membuat orang butuh waktu yang lama untuk bisa tidur. Ini berarti bisa mengurangi total waktu tidur, khususnya pada orang tua. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mungkin Teman Peduli tidak menyadari bahwa jika terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi kafein bisa menyebabkan gangguan tidur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tidak Merasa Lelah<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Walaupun efek samping ini tampaknya diinginkan, semua orang perlu beristirahat. Jika Teman Peduli tidak merasa lelah sehingga tidak mendapatkan istirahat yang cukup, ini bisa mengakibatkan berat badan menurun dan tubuh tidak diberi waktu yang cukup untuk memperbaiki dirinya. Mungkin teman peduli tidak merasa lelah, tetapi tubuh Teman Peduli akan lelah tanpa mendapatkan istirahat yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Takikardia atau aritmia jantung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Efek samping dari kafein ini adalah perubahan pada kecepatan dan keteraturan detak jantung dan tentunya ini sesuatu yang mengkhawatirkan.
