Sebenarnya mudah saja untuk mengetahui apakah Anda sudah kecanduan kafein atau belum. Jika begitu Anda terbangun di pagi hari, yang Anda pikirkan adalah segera minum secangkir kopi. Karena itulah, banyak orang memilih untuk tidak lepas dari kafein, dibanding harus tersiksa tanpa kafein.<\/p>\n<p>Biasanya, orang-orang yang sudah kecanduan kafein memiliki batas maksimum konsumsi kafein, \u00a0meski ada beberapa yang terus menambah jumlah konsumsinya tanpa berhenti. Efek kafein berbeda-beda pada setiap orang. Dosisi tinggi kafein yang mencapai lebih dari 750 miligram setiap harinya malah justru dapat ditolerir oleh tubuh orang yang memang sudah kecanduan kafein. Artinya, senyawa kafein tidak lagi memiliki efek yang biasanya ditimbulkan oleh konsumsi kafein pada tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Selain munculnya gejala saat tubuh tidak menerima asupan kafein, ciri lain dari adanya kondisi kecanduan kafein yang tidak sehat meliputi:<br \/>\n\u2022Insomnia<br \/>\n\u2022Sering menderita sakit kepala<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Sulit berkonsentrasi<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page-route\">\n<p>\u2022Konsumsi kafein yang tetap dilanjutkan meski sudah disarankan untuk berhenti<br \/>\n\u2022Konsumsi kafein yang sulit dihentikan atau dibatasi meski tahu perlunya untuk berhenti<\/p>\n<p>Untuk berhenti dari kondisi kecanduan kafein, Anda perlu menyadari kadar kafein harian yang Anda konsumsi sehari-hari dan banyaknya. Untuk efektifnya, sebaiknya jangan langsung hentikan konsumsi kafein dengan tidak mengonsumsinya sama sekali. Memang mungkin terjadi efek samping seperti rasa sakit kepala pada hari-hari pertama berhenti mengonsumsi kafein, karena itu lakukanlah hal ini secara bertahap.<\/p>\n<p>Tahap-tahap tersebut dapat meliputi:<br \/>\n1.Campurkan kopi tanpa kafein atau decaf dengan kopi biasa.<br \/>\n2.Minum jenis minuman latte dengan jumlah susu yang lebih banyak daripada kopinya.<br \/>\n3.Masak teh lebih sebentar dari biasanya.<br \/>\n4.Pilih jenis soft drink yang tidak mengandung kafein.
