Sedih merupakan sesuatu yang wajar, namun jika kesedihan tersebut berlangsung lebih dari dua minggu atau lebih, maka bisa dikategorikan sebagai depresi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Penyebab\">Penyebab Depresi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penyebab depresi<\/strong> secara khusus memang belum bisa ditentukan, namun terdapat beberapa faktor risiko yang meningkatkan peluang seseorang terkena depresi. Berikut beberapa faktor pemicu terjadinya <strong>depresi<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adanya riwayat keluarga yang memiliki gangguan kesehatan mental.<\/li><li>Pernah melakukan penyalahgunaan napza dan alkohol.<\/li><li>Memiliki ciri kepribadian khusus seperti harga diri rendah, terlalu perfeksionis atau keras terhadap diri sendiri, terlalu bergantung pada orang lain, atau kecenderungan pesimis.<\/li><li>Adanya penyakit kronis yang tak kunjung sembuh&nbsp;<\/li><li>Riwayat mengonsumsi obat-obat tertentu, seperti obat tidur atau anti hipertensi.<\/li><li>Mengalami trauma (Pane, 2020).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Gejala\">Gejala Depresi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gejala depresi <\/strong>dibagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu gejala fisik dan psikologis. Berikut gejala psikologis yang dialami penderita <strong>depresi<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Merasa putus asa<\/li><li>Merasa bersalah berkepanjangan<\/li><li>Merasa rendah diri<\/li><li>Suasana hati yang buruk secara berkepanjangan<\/li><li>Sulit fokus atau berkonsentrasi<\/li><li>Tidak berminat terhadap hal-hal di sekitarnya<\/li><li>Apatis<\/li><li>Muncul ide untuk melakukan bunuh diri atau menyakiti diri sendiri<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedangkan gejala fisik yang sering dialami penderita depresi antara lain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mengalami <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wecare.id\/2019\/03\/sering-kurang-tidur-hati-hati-kamu-bisa-menderita-gangguan-mood\/\">gangguan tidur<\/a><\/li><li>Mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan berat badan secara drastis<\/li><li>Mengalami perubahan nafsu makan yang signifikan<\/li><li>Mengalami nyeri atau sakit kepala berkepanjangan<\/li><li>Gerak tubuh melambat<\/li><li>Berbicara lebih lambat dari biasanya<\/li><li>Tidak memiliki gairah seksual (Pane, 2021)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Bagaimana\">Bagaimana Cara Mengobatinya?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depresi dapat mengganggu kualitas hidup seseorang, oleh karena itu diperlukan penanganan dan pengobatan yang tepat. Berikut beberapa cara mengobati depresi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Psikoterapi dengan dokter spesialis kesehatan jiwa<\/li><li>CBT (<em>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy<\/em>) yang bermanfaat untuk mereduksi pikiran negatif dan menggantinya dengan pikiran positif.<\/li><li>PST (<em>Problem Solving Therapy<\/em>) yang bertujuan untuk membantu penderita mengatasi tekanan psikologis yang dialaminya.<\/li><li>IT (<em>Interpersonal Therapy<\/em>) yang bermanfaat untuk membantu penderita mengatasi masalah yang berkaitan dengan interaksi terhadap orang lain.<\/li><li>Terapi Psikodinamis yang bertujuan membantu penderita depresi memahami apa yang dirasakan dan melakukan respons yang tepat terhadap hal tersebut.<\/li><li>Mengonsumsi obat antidepresan.
