Tidak mengherankan karena memang vitamin C memiliki segudang manfaat, sebagai <strong>vitamin daya tahan tubuh<\/strong> hingga dapat mempersingkat durasi saat sakit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sayangnya tubuh kita tidak dapat memproduksi vitamin C sendiri ataupun menyimpan cadangannya seperti vitamin A tadi.
