Untuk dapat mengatasi hal ini, tentu pertama kita perlu tahu ciri-ciri seseorang mengalami <em>burnout syndrome<\/em>. Adapun gejalanya adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Merasa Lelah dan Hilang Semangat Bekerja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciri awal yang dirasakan adalah hilangnya keinginan untuk bekerja. Tanpa adanya semangat, tentu otak bekerja lebih keras sehingga rasa lelah sering kali muncul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Menarik Diri dari Lingkungan Sosial<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari rasa lelah, stres, membenci pekerjaan, dan mudah marah, pada akhirnya seseorang enggan bersosialisasi dengan orang-orang di sekitar mereka, terutama orang-orang yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Menurunnya Kesehatan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apabila <em>burnout syndrome<\/em> tidak segera diatasi, seseorang akan mudah sakit dan tingkat imunitas menurun. Kondisi ini membuat seseorang menjadi lebih mudah terserang pilek, flu, demam, dan sakit perut. Selain itu, resiko lain yang dihadapi adalah <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wecare.id\/2020\/11\/latihan-pernapasan\/\">gangguan tidur<\/a>, kegelisahan, dan <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wecare.id\/2021\/07\/kenali-depresi-gejala-dan-cara-mengatasinya\/\">depresi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips Menjaga Kesehatan Mental di Tengah Pandemi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah jika mengalami tanda-tanda di atas, ada baiknya kita tidak membiarkan hal tersebut berlarut-larut. Berikut adalah hal-hal yang bisa kita lakukan untuk menjaga mental di tengah pandemi ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Buat Rutinitas Harian<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu yang memicu munculnya <em>workout syndrome<\/em> adalah <em>work from home<\/em>. Karenanya, memiliki rutinitas dan kontrol kerja sangatlah penting untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh dan pikiran. Buatlah jadwal kerja sederhana dan <em>to-do list<\/em>.
