Orang-orang yang menjadi korban<em> <\/em>sulit menemukan titik permasalahan dalam hubungannya dan merasa ragu akan dirinya sendiri. Film ini menceritakan tentang seorang suami yang memanipulasi istrinya serta meyakinkan bahwa istrinya telah kehilangan kewarasan. Ia juga mengendalikan istrinya dan memisahkannya dari keluarga serta teman-temannya. Hal ini mengakibatkan istrinya terus mempertanyakan dirinya sendiri dan merasa ketergantungan dengan pasangannya.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedangkan menurut Oxford Dictionary adalah tindakan manipulasi psikologi seseorang hingga orang tersebut mempertanyakan realitas dan kebenaran yang dialaminya. Akibatnya, korban<em> <\/em>akan mengalami depresi, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wecare.id\/2021\/10\/mengalami-cemas-berlebihan-ini-cara-mengatasinya\/\">kecemasan<\/a>, hingga berbagai masalah psikologis lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Gaslighting <\/em>salah satu bentuk hubungan tidak sehat atau <em>toxic relationship.<\/em> Hal yang perlu diperhatikan bahwa pelaku sering kali dilakukan oleh orang terdekat dengan kita, baik itu keluarga, sahabat, rekan kerja, bahkan pasangan kita sendiri.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Cara\">Cara Menangani <em>Gaslighting<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Satu-satunya cara untuk menangani orang yang melakukan <em>p<\/em>erilaku tersebut adalah korban harus menyadari tindakan manipulatif yang dilakukan oleh pelaku. Sebab perlakuan tersebut menyerang sisi psikologis seseorang sehingga akan sulit menyadari dan menarik diri dari kondisi tersebut. Maka setelah sadar bahwa telah menjadi korban dari pelaku <em>gaslighting<\/em>, berikut ini adalah cara menanganinya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identifikasi masalah<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal pertama yang bisa kamu lakukan adalah mengetahui apa permasalahan yang sebenarnya terjadi antara kamu dan pelaku. Sebab <em>gaslighting <\/em>hanya dapat terjadi saat kita tidak memahami apa yang sebenarnya terjadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Kumpulkan bukti<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk membantu memahami permasalahan, coba catat permasalahannya dan apa saja yang dikatakan pelaku kepadamu. Ingat-ingat kembali, apakah ada kalimat manipulatif atau tuduhan yang ditujukan padamu? Mengingat pelaku <em>gaslighting <\/em>sangat pandai dalam memutarbalikkan fakta dan manipulatif untuk meyakinkan korbannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Jangan takut untuk berbicara<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tujuan melakukan <em>gaslighting<\/em> adalah untuk membuat korban merasa tidak percaya diri dengan menggunakan kebohongan, hinaan, atau fakta yang diputarbalikkan untuk memanipulasi korbannya. Maka, saat pelaku mulai <em>gaslighting<\/em>, tetap tenang dan jangan takut untuk berbicara terus terang mengenai apa yang terjadi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membuat pelaku tersadar dan menghentikan perbuatannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>Bicarakan dengan orang terdekat<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bicarakan pada keluarga maupun teman-teman terdekat. Tanyakan bagaimana pendapat mereka mengenai permasalahan ini dan dapatkan dukungan dari mereka untuk membantu kita bangkit dari rasa <em>down<\/em> yang diakibatkan pelaku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li>Cintai dirimu sendiri<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mendapat perlakuan <em>gaslighting<\/em> tentu dapat menguras pikiran dan tenaga kita. Oleh karena itu, hindari stress dengan mulai<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wecare.id\/2021\/11\/5-cara-mudah-menerapkan-self-love\/\"> mencintai diri sendiri<\/a>.
